This order form is for a custom airbrushed goalie mask, we also offer a wrap service, which is a more cost effective and shorter turnaround times, you can find that order form here. Fill out the form shown to the best of your ability. Once you are finished with it, submit it and we will follow you up with an email and a mock up like the pictures shown above. We do require a deposit of $50 for the mock up. This will be taken away from the total cost of the mask. From there we will make tweaks to the mock up as needed, until you are satisfied with the mock up. After this we can start the paint process on the mask once we have received it. The mock up will generally take around 1-3 days. Once we have the mask in hand, we are currently sitting at around 2-3 weeks for turnaround time.

Our prices vary depending on the design, but on average are around $900. Please make sure to let us know if there is a mistake in the mock up, so we can fix it before we paint. Please note, every mask is an individual work of art, exact placements of logos, shapes, stripes, etc. aren't to be exact due to each unique mask shape and warping that may cause.
